Q1. How can I apply WatchMaster watchface onto my smartwatch?

A. In order to use WatchMaster app, please download “Android Wear” from Google Play.

Select the watchface on your watch or “Google Android Wear” app as ‘WatchMaster.’ The WatchMaster’s watchface (default icon) will be automatically transferred to your watch after downloading the WatchMaster app on your phone. Usually, this process may take a couple minutes.

From watch: Touch and hold anywhere on the watch’s screen. You’ll see a list of watchfaces to choose from. Swipe from right to left and select our red WatchMaster icon.

From phone: Open the Android Wear app. Under the image of your watch, you’ll see a list of watchfaces. Select our red WatchMaster icon from the list.

2. Tap the ‘Preview’ button on our WatchMaster app at the bottom of each watchface screen. After the download is completed, tap the ‘Apply’ button to transfer the watchface to your watch.

Q2.WatchMaster's watchface doesn't show up on my smartwatch

A. This is a common data connection issue between the Phone and Watch. Usually it fixes on its own in less than an hour. Try disconnecting the devices then connect them again if the problem lasts. If the problem still doesn’t get fixed, reset your watch and then connect your devices.

1. Make sure your devices are securely connected through settings, “Your Watch Device”

2. Select a different watchface, then come back to the WatchMaster watchface and try again.

3. If your phone is connected to multiple wearable devices, disconnect with other devices besides the one you

are using then try again. 

Q3. Weather information is wrong in my place.

A. WatchMaster uses The Weather Company's weather data which is the default weather info service that is installed on iPhones & Galaxy. We will keep tringy to provide you with better weather information.

Q4. What is the Ambient Mode?

A. Ambient mode is always-on mode which can save your watch battery life. Basically, it will display only black and white but if you do not want to have an ambient mode, please choose a “Full Watch Face.”

Q5. What is WatchMaster Pro?

A.WatchMaster Pro is a subscription service that let you use all of WatchMaster’s watchfaces including future updates.

Q6. Can I get a refund?

A. If you want to get refund or stop subscribe to Pro, feel free to request 'WatchMaster customer service team' (ask.watchmaster@gmail.com) with your order number. Than, we can help your process.
